Thousands Gather For Open Air Wellness Carnival at DLF CyberHub, Gurugram 

Gurugram, Feb 2024: The “Gurugram Wellness Carnival” held at DLF CyberHub saw a vibrant gathering of fitness and wellness aficionados. Esteemed figures from the health and wellness industry graced the event, which was proudly presented by FindYourFit and Cult, in collaboration with DLF Malls and Active Gurugram. 

Talking about the event, Luke Coutinho, Founder of Luke Coutinho Holistic Healing Systems, stated, “It was a pleasure being a part of such an event and witnessing enthusiastic people from all walks of life coming together for health and wellness. The Wellness Carnival epitomized the essence of holistic wellness. It offers a platform for individuals to embrace and nurture their well-being.”

The carnival featured engaging panel discussions led by health and wellness industry experts. It included renowned names such as Vicram Sharma, Director of Shree Baidyanath Ayurved Bhawan; Dr. Shelja Sen, Narrative Family Therapist and Co-founder of Children First and India Mental Health Alliance (IMHA); Kairavi, Mental Health Advocate and Author, who provided insights into topics including the Ayurveda advantage, resilience-building, and celebrating everyday victories.

A prominent attraction of the “Gurugram Wellness Carnival” was the Wellness Bazaar, which showcased products and services from leading fitness and nutrition brands. Participants made the most of a diverse range of workshops covering art therapy, healthy probiotic smoothies, and more.

The carnival culminated in an exhilarating animal flow workout led by Garima Gambhir and a dance fitness party led by renowned fitness expert, Shwetambari Shetty, Dance Fitness Expert, Cult. ensuring a memorable conclusion to a day filled with wellness and vitality.
