Tribeca partners with YOO to launch luxury residential project at NIBM Road Pune

June 16, 2022: Tribeca Developers and Tricon Infra Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., on Thursday announced the launch of “YOO ONE”, a luxury residential development, at NIBM Road, in South Pune. This project marks the first entry of the YOO brand in South Pune and the third YOO project in Pune.

The announcement comes 18 months after Tribeca’s entry into the city, through its project The Ark, a 1.8 million sq.ft. mixed used development.

YOO ONE is being built at an estimated cost of Rs. 450 crores, with 3 and 4 bedroom units ranging from INR. 1.9 crores to INR. 3.6 crores.
