Unishire launches its La Vida project At Horamavu junction in Bengaluru


Real estate firm Unishire has launched its new project La Vida at Horamavu junction, on Outer Ring Road (ORR) in Bengaluru.
According to a press release, the project offers luxury living of high-rise in the most sought-after location of the city. Financed by Altico Capital, it is proposed for Gold certification by the Indian Green Building Council.
The release said La Vida is a luxury project offering premium specifications and modern amenities. The high-rise will be offering spacious units at the strategic location of Horamavu, one of the most promising areas in North-East Bangalore. The prime location provides connectivity desired by every homebuyer. The project is also eco-friendly.
La Vida has a limited number of 48 units of 2.5, 3& 4BHK spread across single tower of G+8 floors. Each floor will house six spacious premium units measuring between 1207 sft to 2177 sft.
