Unnati ties up with JSPL for Noida e-way project

Noida-based real estate developer, Unnati Fortune Group has tied up with JSPL for its project named Unnati World at Sector-144 on Noida Expressway, adjoining the under-construction Metro Station and proposed ISBT.

According to a press release, Unnati World is an upcoming IT/ITES project with facilities of luxurious residential and commercial development from the well renowned developer Unnati Fortune Group.

The release said Unnati Fortune Group is awarding the contract to JSPL, for development of the Unnati Fortune Group’s retail-cum-office tower, on Unnati World.  JSPL is India’s leading private sector steel producer and among the world’s most illustrious steel companies.

“This tower, being constructed by JSPL will be made of composite steel in India,” said Anil Mithas, MD, Unnati Fortune Group, adding, “The composite technology is a paradigm shift from the conventional construction methodology, bringing in better efficiencies of time and thereby giving better returns to all stakeholders, mitigating various risks associated to indirect overheads, cost overruns and external variables.

The press releases said the tower is a part of the 25-acre prime land of Unnati World project in Noida Sector-144 near Metro Station and proposed ISBT. The company will start its construction very soon and will aim to complete by the end of next fiscal year. On its part, the Noida Authority has already laid down all the necessary infrastructure, namely, electricity, water supply, sewage lines and road networks routes supplementing for faster developments across the region.

The complete order for the Phase –I, of the project would be around Rs150 crore. Around 5,000 tonnes of the highest grade of steel will be used for this project.

The total space in the tower would be 8.5 lakh sq ft. of built up area, said Mithas.
