UP RERA authorises ASGI to complete its Apple 7 project


The UP RERA has authorised ASGI Properties to complete its stalled project, Apple 7, in Ghaziabad within 18 months.
At a meeting held on April 1, the Authority took the decision acting upon the joint proposal by ASGI Properties and ASG Apple 7 Buyers Association.
The development work of the project, comprising of two towers and 171 units, commenced in November 2014 and its completion date had lapsed on May 22, 2018.
The allottees, through their association, approached the Authority requesting it to intervene and facilitate the completion of the project. Subsequently, a series of meetings were held with the promoter and the association to arrive at a consensus on various issues pertaining to the balance development work of the project.
