UP RERA Compliance Notice to Ansal API

The Uttar Pradesh RERA decided to issue a notice to Ansal API to submit within 15 days the compliance report of the Authority’s interim order dated July 9, 2019 in respect of the show-cause notice for revocation of registration of six projects of the promoter.

The decision was taken at a meeting of UP RERA on August 28.

The projects mentioned in the Authority’s order are: Ansal API Bliss Delight Block- 1,2,3,4 Gh-2 Sec Sushant Golf City; Ansal API Pocket 4, Sector-O, Sushant Golf City; Ansal API Pocket 4, Sector-P, Sushant Golf City; Ansal API Pocket 2, Sector-J, Sushant Golf City; Ansal API Pocket 3, Sector-A, Sushant Golf City and Ansal API, EWS/LIG, Pocket 2, Sector-K, Sushant Golf City.
