The news gathered a euphoric momentum soon after the broadcast related to the laying of the foundation stone by Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitely, Union minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj, Union minister for Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari flashed across the social media bringing respite and smiles to thousands of homeowners and investors.
