Vianaar Expands in Ahangama, Sri Lanka, Launches Pol Vatta Estate, To Invest Upto Rs 100 cr in 3 yr
Mumbai, December 5, 2024: Luxury real estate developer, Vianaar announced its first international venture with the launch of ‘Pol Vatta Estate’, a luxurious villa project located in the coastal town of Ahangama, Sri Lanka.
The Pol Vatta Estate is the brand’s first project outside of India. Pol Vatta Estate is spread across 6 acres and houses 8 fully furnished villas each with 2 bedrooms and layouts ranging from 500 to 600 sq. m. Prices start at 3.65Cr.
Varun Nagpal, Founder of Vianaar expressed, “I’m really excited to bring our first international project to Ahangama. The laid-back charm of this town, with its beautiful coastline and growing European influence, felt like the perfect place for our vision. We wanted to create a space where nature is front and center—homes surrounded by dense greenery, each with its own garden and plenty of open spaces.”
Vianaar plans to invest ₹80-100 crore for its projects in Sri Lanka over the next 2-3 years.
