Vida Realty Secures Occupation Certificates for Mumbai Projects

Mumbai, December 18, 2024: Vida Realty has successfully secured Occupation Certificates (OC) for three of its premium residential developments: Upper East 97 in Malad (East), Roha Vatika in BKC Annexe, and East Eden in Vile Parle (East). 

Spanning approximately 2.5 acres, these developments collectively offer 680+ residential units in some of Mumbai’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.
