Xanadu ties up with Ekta World; makes its ultra-luxury foray

Xanadu Group, an institutional growth expert in the realty sector, on October 21 announced a strategic tie-up with real estate brand Ekta World.

The partnership marks Xanadu’s foray into the niche ultra-luxury segment of Bandra, Khar, and Santacruz. Ekta’s luxury collection includes ‘The One’ in Pali Hill, ‘The Verve’ in Khar West, and ‘Trinity’ in Santacruz West. Altogether these projects are estimated to be worth Rs 400 crore, said a press release.
