Xanadu ties up with Runwal for MyCity

Xanadu Group on November 4 announced its partnership with MMR’s real estate developer Runwal Group for its 156-acre township, Runwal MyCity, in Dombivli.

A press release said this announcement comes on the back of stellar results achieved by Xanadu in the last six months with over Rs 500 crore of revenue unlocked.

Runwal MyCity is an expansive integrated township sprawling across 156 acres. The township, to be constructed in multiple phases over the years, comprises a sports academy, central greens, healthcare facilities, an educational institute and over 32 acres of open spaces.

Vikas Chaturvedi, CEO, Xanadu Realty, said, “The tie-up with Runwal Group is one of those rare instances which are tailor-made for success. Runwal Group is one of Mumbai’s most respected and trusted brands. This partnership stands testament to Xanadu’s immense and credible body of work in bringing transformation to this industry.”
