Emaar MGF begins handover of Palm Springs Plaza project

Real estate developer Emaar MGF on Thursday announced the receipt of Occupancy Certificate for The Palm Springs Plaza – the premier integrated office-cum-retail complex on Golf Course Road in Sector 54, Gurgaon.

The company has subsequently commenced the possession and handover of units, thereby delivering its third project of the current year.

According to a press release, the project is a high-tech, eco-friendly, up-market integrated commercial complex by Emaar MGF – a joint venture between Emaar, the world’s renowned developer, and its Indian counterpart, MGF. Designed by R204, it is a 15-storey structure having 300,000 sq ft of built-up area, with 51,000 sq ft for retail activities spread over two floors and commercial offices from 2nd to 15th floors.
