Tata Value Homes launches New Haven in Bahadurgarh
Tata Value Homes, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Tata Housing Development Company Limited, on Friday announced its entry into Delhi NCR’s affordable housing market with the launch of ‘New Haven’ in Bahadurgarh.
According to a press release, ‘New Haven’ is a pioneering initiative by Tata Value Homes to fulfil the homebuyers’ full spectrum of lifestyle needs at an affordable cost. The spacious complex in Bahadurgarh will offer state-of-the-art 2 BHK -3 BHK residences ranging from 1296 sqft to 1917 sqft starting at a price of Rs. 49.14 lakh.
Located 4.5 km from the under-construction Metro stations, New Haven is spread across 21.7 acres and will enable homebuyers to experience quality life spaces at an affordable price. The project boasts of 70 per cent open spaces and has facilities like; a tennis court, basketball court, cricket crease, children play areas, a Peacock Park, saffron field, lotus pond and a 750 m jogging circuit. The project is also equipped with a grand club house of over 20,000 sq ft.
