Gulshan Vivante’s possession soon
Looking at the progress of the project, Deepak Kapoor, director, Gulshan Homz says, “It is our sheer pleasure to present you all with Gulshan Vivante. We have kept no stones unturned when it comes to providing luxury in this project. Very carefully we have planned and designed the amenities in this project keeping in mind all the luxury needs of the future residents.”
Noida expressway has been already known as the commercial hub of NCR due to a very strong presence of IT sector and giant MNCs. Therefore, an ultra-luxurious residential property is something that will match the standards of the region.
“The location is also wonderful as it is in extreme close proximity to Delhi and Greater Noida. Post elections we will see the possession of one of our highly anticipated projects. My best wishes to the company staff and all the investors of the project,” Kapoor adds.
The possession for the project will begin from June, 2014 onwards. Being a property of a prime location; the initial BSP was Rs. 2,725 approx., which has now gone up to Rs 5,800 approximately. So, already the investors and buyers have something to cheer about. The company is offering apartments of 2+1, 3, 3+1 and 4+1 BHK varying in sizes from 1,080 sq. ft. to 2,645 sq. ft.
