ANAROCK acquires ApnaComplex
The ANAROCK Group on January 19 announced 100 per cent acquisition ApnaComplex, a digitally-driven society and apartment management prop-tech platform.
A 10-year rich B2C technology player, ApnaComplex, was acquired for an undisclosed sum from NestAway Technologies, the country’s leading rental housing operator, said a press release.
Apna Complex is one of the largest and fastest-growing prop-tech firms in society and apartment management business. Headquartered in Bengaluru, it currently empowers over 6,00,000 households across 80 cities to automate all aspects of running large gated complexes, added the release.
Anuj Puri, Chairman, ANAROCK Group, said, “ApnaComplex is a pioneer in providing housing societies and households with a reliable and trustworthy tech platform for managing their properties.
