Paras Buildtech channel partners’meet elicits enthusiastic response
GURGAON: Paras Buildtech (India) Pvt. Ltd. recently hosted an event for its channel partners in the premises of its commercial project – ‘Paras Trade Centre’. Titled ‘Leasing Partners Meet’, the event was aimed at exploring the leasing opportunities available in the project with the channel partners. Reflecting an enthusiastic response, the event witnessed the presence of about 150 brokers.
Paras Trade Centre (PTC) went functional in the second quarter of this year. The project has around 300 employees currently working in 200 offices. These functional offices are occupied by an extensive range of industries, right from banking to law firms, brokers to media outdoor entities, and fabric manufacturers to cosmetic companies, etc.
PTC is developed over 1, 50, 000 sq. ft. area adjacent to company’s ultra luxury project ‘Paras Quartier’. Strategically located on the Gurgaon–Faridabad expressway, the project is nestled in a low density area away from the maddening crowd and pollution of the city and is surrounded by the picturesque Aravalli hills, making it an enviable location.
