Manoj Gaur re-elected as Credai Western UP chief
NEW DELHI: The Western UP chapter of Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India NCR (Credai Western UP) has announced the appointment of Manoj Gaur (MD, Gaursons India) as the President at the recently-held AGM of Credai NCR,.
Credai Western UP chapter also introduced the new leadership team comprising Deepak Kapoor (Director, Gulshan Homz Pvt Ltd) as President-Elect, Amit Modi (Director, ABA Corp ), Rajesh Goyal (MD, RG Group ), Vinay Goyal (Director, Express Builder) and Prashant Tiwari (MD, Prateek Group ) as Vice Presidents, Suresh Garg (MD, Nirala World ) as Hon. Secretary, Kumar Bharat (Director, BCC Infrastructure) as Hon. Joint Secretary and Manish Gupta (Director, Strategic Developers) as Hon. Treasurer.
“The newly-elected leadership will be responsible to work closely with various Government departments and will also help to shape the future of the region’s realty sector. We will be focusing on the core objective of the Credai such as transparency, single-window clearance and code of conduct”, said Gaur after his re-election.
Gaur said Western UP is one of the fastest growing realty destinations but there are some core issues such as delay in approval processes and land acquisition etc. The prime focus of the new team, he said, would be to take up these issues with the Government and resolve them quickly so that the developers could complete and give possession to customers on time.
