Spaze Group plans Rs 2k-cr investment in next two years
Spaze Group, a real estate developer in Gurugram, announced on October 11 that it would invest around Rs 2,000 crore in the next two years in the development of SCO and low-rise residential floors.
The company has planned major developments at Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), Golf Course Extension, and Dwarka Expressway, said a press release.
“We are excited to expand our portfolio with more corporate offices, buildings, shopping centres, residential spaces, SCO and other commercial projects,” said Bharat Kumar, Director, Spaze Group.
