Sumadhura Bags Zomato’s Largest Leasing Warehousing Deal In India
Bengaluru, February 8, 2024: Sumadhura Group has leased 3 lakh square feet warehousing space to Zomato at the largest built to suit warehousing park in Bengaluru: Sumadhura Logistics Park, at Hoskote-Chinthamani Road, Hoskote. This is also the largest warehousing space that Zomato has leased in India, says a press release issued by Sumadhura. The group has made an initial investment of Rs 600 crore in the first phase of Sumadhura Logistics Park, which will span across 100 acres, offering 2.5 million sqft of commercial warehouse space that is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and amenities. The company aims to increase the total warehouse space at Sumadhura Logistics Park to 6 million sq. ft in the next phase. Sumadhura Logistics Park is a cutting-edge project and marks the company’s entry into the ever-expanding logistics sector, catering to the growing demand for top-notch warehousing solutions in Bengaluru and surrounding areas.
Speaking on the development, Madhusudhan G, CMD Sumadhura Group, said, “This collaboration with Zomato marks a significant milestone in our journey as we work towards expanding our clientele in the logistics and warehousing space.
