Bhumika Group Leases Over 50% of NHPC Metro Station Retail Area in Two Weeks
New Delhi, March 14, 2024: Bhumika Group, announced that within just two weeks of signing the lease agreement for the NHPC Metro Station Retail Area spanning approximately 33,000 square feet, Bhumika Group has leased over 50% of the leasable area to brands such as Tata’s Zudio and Shoppers Stop.
A press release issued by the company says that, Bhumika Group is venturing into the Mathura Road Micro Market of Faridabad. The company plans to undertake a retail and F&B exercise, encompassing over 5 lakh square feet of space. This project comprises an investment of over 600 crores.
