Vardhman launches residential project in Greater Noida area
Commenting on the supply surge in the region, Vivek Gupta, Chairman, Vardhman Estate & Developers said, “The existing and proposed infrastructure in the city will continue to attract investments in the region. He added, “The increased supply in the region will provide several options to homebuyers looking to invest and buy properties at affordable rates. The project Vardhman ETA Residency too offers a range of two and three-bedroom apartments at affordable rates.”
According to the release, Eta Residency has land which is allotted by the Noida Authority. For the first time in Noida, it will have a RCC-framed structure designed for Zone-V, as per IS Code, for earthquake resistance. Among the other things the company promises is Vaastu and eco-friendly layout of the project, firm prices for units already sold, assured timely possession with penalty clause, 100-per cent power back-up facility, ample parking space, fire-fighting installations as per latest norms and 24 X 7-hour security with CCTV.
