In a development underlining its impressive growth trajectory, AltF CoWorking, India’s first private co-working space provider, is adding 2000 seats in JMD Builder’s Empire Square mall, Gurgaon. A 100% bootstrapped organization, AltF CoWorking isadding 500-600 seats to its centre under the phase 1 of expansion.

The launch of additional seats at its centre, situated at one of the most premium locations in Gurgaon, will help AltF CoWorking cater to an expanding base of professionals, SMEs, and start-ups. With its latest expansion spree, the company aims to reach 3000 seats by the end of this financial year. The development will also aid AltF CoWorking’s ambitious plans of accelerating its revenue growth and boosting its market share over the next financial year.

Mr. Yogesh Arora, Director and Co-Founder, AltF CoWorking, commented, “Expanding our presence further in Gurgaon and the launch of this centre is critical to our long-term expansion strategy. The additional number of seats will add significantly to our existing capacity, while at the same time enabling us to cater to the needs of a diverse and rapidly growing user base of co-working spaces. Our focus with this new centre has been on providing our clients with highly flexible and customized offerings that simplify their business infrastructure needs through cost-effective solutions.”

Mr. Rajesh Soni, Vice President, JMD Group, “AltF CoWorking’s unique brand proposition as a private co-working space provider and its excellent growth metrics made it the obvious choice to partner up and overcome some of the major challenges clients face in many coworking spaces. After several rounds of discussions with different brands out there, AltF CoWorking brought in the most expertise and the best understanding of operating an independent business, which helped us take a decision to go forward with the deal. Moreover, AltF CoWorking’s expertise in facility management as well as delivering a superior experience will enable to take this partnership on a new phase of growth.”
