‘Great Indian Comic Book Festival’ from Apr 26-28, 2024 at Pacific Tagore Garden


New Delhi, April 24, 2024: Pacific Tagore Garden is organizing the ‘Great Indian Comic Book Festival’, scheduled from April 26 to April 28, 2024 (Friday – Sunday).
The event aims to celebrate the iconic world of Indian comics, transporting the audience back to the 90s era. Various intriguing and fun activities are planned during the three-day event, depicting the timeless allure of Indian superheroes and great Indian comic characters, taking the attendees on a nostalgic ride.
In a world dominated by screens and the internet, the event aims to foster a love for reading among children, to keep them unhinged from the lure of phones. Participants can engage in a variety of activities, including creating comic speech bubbles for emotions like surprise and anger, letting lose the colors of creativity upon their favorite superhero, exploring creatures from Indian myths and legends, and even creating their superhero alter ego.
In addition, participants can embark on a quest for knowledge through interactive Q&A sessions during the event and stand a chance to win coveted and exciting rewards, including comic subscription kits.
Furthermore, participants can experience the journals of comic history as comic books from Raj Comics and Diamond Comics take centre stage for purchase through the Shelfebook Exhibit.
