In a country like India where real estate investment is an investment of a lifetime, the physical assessment of the property is still of prime importance for the consumers. Having said that social media as a part of the larger digital media platform cannot be ignored in a consumer driven market, where feedback can be used as a tool both by the retail investors and the developers. We, therefore, believe that real estate sector also needs to have a strong social media presence so that it has a better view of all conversations around real estate investments and purchase triggers.
