Anant Raj Issues Shares To Institutional Investors, Raises Around Rs 500 crore

New Delhi, Jan 22, 2024: Delhi based realty player, Anant Raj Limited has raised approximately Rs 500 crore by issuing 1.68 crore equity shares at Rs 296 per share, the company informed in its filing to the stock exchanges.

Among the allottees inclue, Tata Indian Opportunities Fund, Tata Mutual Fund – Tata ELSS Tax Saver Fund, BOFA Securities Europe SA-ODI and Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited.

The meeting of Finance and Investment Committee of Anant Raj Limited was held on January 18, 2024.
