BHIVE hits 1 m sq ft of shared workspace foot print with Whitefield property launch
Bengaluru, October 31, 2022: India’s leading shared office space provider BHIVE Workspace on Monday announced that it has achieved a significant milestone of 1 million square feet of shared workspaces across Bengaluru with the addition of its newest facility in Whitefield, Bengaluru.
A press release issued by the company says that, with its newest facility in Whitefield which is spread across 23,000 square feet and offers 700 seats, BHIVE is further expanding its presence in the key business districts of the city, taking the total facility count to 19 across the city.
Commenting on the launch, Shesh Paplikar, Co-founder and CEO of BHIVE Workspace said, “It is indeed a matter of pride for us as we hit the milestone of 1 million square feet of shared workspace across Bengaluru in our endeavour to democratise this space. Over the past eight years, we have been offering the industry-best solutions through our carefully designed shared workspaces with state-of-the-art amenities for hundreds of our occupiers who have continued to impose their faith on us. We are excited to announce that we are growing from strength-to-strength and have added a new facility in Whitefield to cater to the growing demand for satellites and offices closer to employees’ residence.”
The company has already signed up 12+ properties this year and the addition of this new facility takes the total footprint to over 10 lakh square feet across Bengaluru, totalling over 23000 seats in total.
