BPTP’S Investment Carnival to promote investments in Greater Faridabad
Faridabad, July 18, 2022: NCR-based real estate group BPTP organised an Investment Carnival on July 17, 2022 to encourage investors and developers to invest in Greater Faridabad. They apprised the guests of the significance of various investment colonies and real estate corridors in Greater Faridabad, that are behemoths of growth and development.
BPTP owns a number of plots in Greater Faridabad. The company expects ROIs to double in the next few years.
According to a press release issued by the company, BPTP plans to expand its investments in Greater Faridabad.
Rohit Mohan, Senior Vice President of BPTP Group said, “One of Haryana’s foremost talked-about and ground-breaking real estate sectors, Greater Faridabad or Neharpar, includes a number of real estate projects, comprising townships, planned complexes, and group housings. The town’s appeal as a substantial investment center has mostly been driven by its proximity to Delhi, Gurugram, and Greater Noida”.
Faridabad’s real estate spectrum has witnessed traction in plotted developments in the recent times. Developers in the location are coming up with residential plotted developments to cater to the increasing demands of the buyers and capitalize on the trend.
