Brigade appoints Ravi Ahuja as COO – Commercial (Office Space)




Bengaluru, September 14, 2022: Brigade Group has announced the appointment of Ravi S Ahuja as Chief Operating Officer – Commercial (Office Space). Ravi will lead sales, marketing, strategic planning, and will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability in asset management revenues and operations of the company’s commercial office business. He comes with over 25 years of Real Estate experience and has held strategic and general management roles in various leadership capacities, having led teams across multi-disciplinary asset classes. In his previous assignments, Ravi has worked with L&T Realty, Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield. Ravi holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce and Master’s in Management Studies from Mumbai University.


Commenting on the appointment, Nirupa Shankar, Executive Director, Brigade Enterprises Limited said, “Ravi brings to Brigade a deep understanding of commercial office markets and has been largely involved in occupier workplace strategies, transactions, and real estate investments. He has worked closely with real estate stakeholders comprising occupiers, investors, developers, and government. We are confident that under his able guidance the office business will continue to grow and scale greater heights.”
