Credai Hyderabad hosts property show


The 10th edition of the Hyderabad Property Show organised by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (Credai) kicked off on August 13. It will go on till August 15.
The property show was inaugurated by Vemula Prashanth Reddy, Minister of State for Roads, Buildings, Legislative Affairs, and Housing Department, Government of Telangana, in the presence of the Credai Hyderabad senior leadership team.
According to a press release, the property show is aimed at bringing together people from diverse facets of the construction industry, including world-class developers, material vendors and manufacturers, experts, and financial establishments from across Hyderabad to present the progressions in the real estate sector.
He said, “With the growing IT/ITeS sector, increased investments in warehousing, aviation, healthcare, and other sectors in the state, there will be an increase in jobs, resulting in the subsequent increase in the demand for commercial, residential, and retail real estate. In spite, of the pandemic, Hyderabad has shown great resilience, and the demand for real estate has been growing steadily.”
