Cushman & Wakefield India appoints Saurabh Shatdal as Managing Director for Developer & Investor Services

India, November 17, 2016 –Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, today announced the appointment of Saurabh Shatdal as Managing Director for Developer & Investor services, Cushman & Wakefield India. Based in Mumbai, Saurabh will spearhead the firm’s focus and commitment in providing asset owners with an integrated and strategic approach to better manage and optimize their real estate assets across the entire development lifecycle.

Saurabh’s new role marks his return to Cushman & Wakefield India, where in an earlier role, he led office transactions for the Western region. He returns to the firm from CBRE India with him close to two decades of industry experience and in managing teams across a diverse portfolio of responsibilities across sales, investments, leasing and consulting for hospitality focused businesses.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Developer & Investor Services will also see the addition of Rohit Goyal as Director for Developer & Investor Services, joining Saurabh Shatdal and additional two team members to expand the firm’s offering for developers and owners. Rohit also moves to Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE India.
