Dwarka Expressway has immense commercial potential

By: Rajesh K Saraf, MD, Axiom Landbase

Dwarka Expressway, also known as the Northern Peripheral Road (NPR), is set to become a city of the future. Located in the Delhi-NCR region, this 27-kilometre stretch connecting Dwarka in Delhi to Gurgaon in Haryana is witnessing rapid development. It is poised to transform into a thriving hub for commercial activities.

Dwarka Expressway is expected to emerge as a city within a city. With its well-defined master plan, the area is designed to offer a self-sustained ecosystem comprising residential, commercial, recreational, and educational facilities.

The proximity of Dwarka Expressway to key micro-markets, such as Sohna Road, Golf Course Extension Road, and Gurgaon, along with the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, part of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, has also enhanced the appeal of the region. Further, the Haryana government’s vision to develop a sprawling residential, commercial and cyber hub spanning 1,003 acres will also add to the value proposition of Dwarka Expressway.

With a massive residential development and the presence of renowned real estate companies and developers, once ready, Dwarka Expressway will emerge as a premium sub-city. In addition to residential development, Dwarka Expressway is witnessing significant commercial growth. The area is attracting businesses from various sectors by establishing office spaces, commercial complexes, and retail centres. As a result, the region has immense commercial potential, making for a sound investment proposition with a high return due to an extremely high footfall.

The strategic location and superb connectivity of Dwarka Expressway make it a favourable choice for companies looking to set up their offices or retail outlets. The rising commercial activity in the region is expected to generate employment opportunities and boost economic growth.

Proximity to Gurgaon is another advantage that Dwarka Expressway offers. Gurgaon, known as the Millennium City, is a thriving business hub with numerous multinational companies, world-class infrastructure, and entertainment options. The seamless connectivity between Dwarka Expressway and Gurgaon allows residents to enjoy the best of both worlds. Whether it’s for work or leisure, the proximity to Gurgaon opens up a plethora of opportunities and amenities for the residents of Dwarka Expressway.

Dwarka Expressway offers a wide range of housing options, including premium, luxury, and plotted developments. Buyers can choose from an array of apartments, villas, and plots to suit their preferences and requirements. The availability of premium and luxury properties ensures that residents can enjoy a sophisticated and luxurious lifestyle. Furthermore, the option of plotted development allows individuals to design and build their dream homes in this promising location.

In short, Dwarka Expressway offers immense potential and opportunities. Investors, home buyers, and businesses can look forward to a thriving and sustainable ecosystem that promises a high quality of life and growth prospects.
