Dwarka Expressway: NCR’s Realty Hotspot
Dwarka Expressway, located in the National Capital Region (NCR), has already established itself as one of the top property hubs. Its strategic location near Gurugram and the international airport and excellent connectivity to Delhi and neighbouring areas have been instrumental in its rapid rise.
Naveen Kumar, Director, Navraj Infratech, says “The ambitious vision of the Haryana government to develop a Global City and a Cyber Hub in sectors 36B and 37B is set to propel Dwarka Expressway to new heights, putting it on par with global metropolises like Dubai and Singapore. With a comprehensive plan encompassing residential, commercial, institutional, and recreational hubs, this proposed Global City will meet the needs of multinational companies and create a vibrant ecosystem”.
With a comprehensive plan encompassing residential, commercial, institutional, and recreational hubs, this proposed Global City is poised to meet the needs of multinational companies and create a vibrant ecosystem.
The Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has initiated a tender process worth Rs 931 crore to realise its vision. The planned Global City spanning 1,003 acres in and around sectors 36B and 37B will revolutionise the landscape of Dwarka Expressway.
Rajjath Goel, Managing Director, MRG Group, says, “The inclusion of residential, commercial, institutional, and recreational elements will create a self-sustaining environment that will cater to diverse requirements. The development is scheduled to commence in September, promising a bright future for the region”.
One crucial aspect that ensures the integrity and quality of luxury housing projects is adherence to regulatory standards. Dwarka Expressway benefits from stringent checks and balances, ensuring compliance with high construction and development benchmarks. These checks encompass building codes, environmental regulations, and safety protocols, providing assurance to both buyers and developers. The region has established a trustworthy and reliable reputation for luxury housing offerings by upholding these rigorous measures.
Rajesh K Saraf, MD, Axiom Landbase, Says, “Connectivity is a key factor in the success of any emerging city, and Dwarka Expressway has made significant strides in this regard. The world’s longest elevated road, spanning 23 km and covering a distance of 29 km between Shiv Murti in Delhi and Kherki Daula Toll in Gurugram on NH8, will greatly enhance connectivity in the region”.
The improved transportation infrastructure will facilitate the seamless movement of people and goods, further bolstering the appeal of the Dwarka Expressway.
Ashwani Kumar, Pyramid Infratech, says, “Dwarka Expressway’s proximity to key micro-markets such as Sohna Road, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurgaon, and the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, part of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, has significantly augmented its attractiveness”.
With the Haryana government’s ambitious plans to develop a Global City and a Cyber Hub, Dwarka Expressway is set to become a formidable rival to global cities like Dubai and Singapore, believe realty experts.
