Emaar MGF gets Occupancy Certificate for its Palm Drive
According to a press release, the company has commenced the first phase of handover of units of this flagship project.
Spread over 37 acres, the project comprises 1,460 units, located in the emerging suburban business district on the Golf Course Extension Road. The Palm Drive is designed by DP Architects from Singapore, with residential apartments having spacious living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms with Jacuzzi, and high-tech safety and security features. Residents can also access the deluxe clubhouse having multi-cuisine restaurant and lounge area, two swimming pools, bowling alley and a mini-cineplex.
The release said the handover process will be completed in two phases. The current phase will cover eight towers of Sky Terraces and Palm Terraces, low-rise units of Garden Terraces, and the EWS units. Also, the Clubhouse having premium recreational facilities will become operational. The remaining five towers and low-rise units will be handed over in the subsequent phase.
