Hero Realty Inks JV, Targets an Additional Rs.1500 Crores From The New Deal

New Delhi, October 11, 2023: Hero Realty Pvt. Ltd. (HRPL), on Wednesday announced that it has entered into a joint venture (JV) project with Saheb Enterprise, to develop premium multi-story complex in approximately 4 acres of land in Gurugram’s Sector 104. With this new project announcement, Hero Realty aims at an additional Rs. 1500 crores in the topline for the current fiscal, according to a press release issued by the company.

Announcing the joint venture, Dr. Dharmesh Shah, CEO, Hero Realty Pvt.
