HLDPL launches first project in Noida
Spread across 10 acres, the project consists of retail shops, virtual offices, rental offices, food court, bank spaces, ATMs, conference halls, clubs, gym, swimming pool and all other amenities conforming to international standards.
According to a press release, iPort is a novel project and its strategic location at Noida Expressway will make it one of the most sought-after addresses. The project, the release said, had an edge over its contemporaries owing to its location and generic concept.

It is the country’s first nine-hole “Chip & Putt” night golf course spread over an area of 40,000 sq. ft. above 110 feet of ground level.
Kushal DevRathi, Founder & MD, HLDPL, said, “iPort is the first project launched by HLDPL, and will take us close to our ambition of becoming the leading infrastructure firm with multinational presence.”
