IndiQube signs up workspace in Guindy

Flexible-space provider IndiQube has signed up for a 30,000 sq. ft managed office space in Chennai’s sought-after micro-market of Guindy.
The centre, according to a press release, is a standalone property with a capacity of 600 seats with premium amenities like a gaming zone, gym, and a multi-purpose cafeteria. It’s a LEED platinum green building and is at a walking distance from the Ekkatuthangal Metro Station.
“We have seen a lot of demand for shared and flexible space from existing and new clients for the last few months, and our continued growth despite the pandemic is a testament to our strong business model and facilities,” said Rishi Das, Co-Founder, IndiQube.
