MRG Group’s luxury residential project at Dwarka E-Way, plans Rs 500 cr investment
NCR-based MRG Group announced the launch of its first ultra-luxury residential project -“MRG CROWN” in Sector 106, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, with a fresh investment of Rs 500 crores.
Spread across an area of 8.16 acres, this low-density project offers 3 BHK independent floors, says a press release issued by the company.
MRG Crown offers amenities like a 22,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse that offers everything from sports and recreational facilities to leisure, lifestyle, and fine dining. Half Olympic-sized swimming pool, 1.5 acres of leisure island, designed to offer people an oasis of exclusivity and tranquillity. Maximum visitors’ Parking and EV Charging Points, to provide residents a lifestyle of convenience and sustainability and many more avenues to elevate the living standards of its dwellers.
Padma Bhushan Architect Hafeez Contractor and Landscape Designer Juilee Deoskar have crafted the project’s design and architecture.
