NBCC inks MoU with MoHUA


NBCC (India) Ltd., a Navratna CPSE, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25 on July 14, 2023 with its Administrative Ministry, MoHUA, outlining the performance targets for the Company for the FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25.
The MoU has been signed by Manoj Joshi, Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, on behalf of the Ministry and by PK Gupta, CMD, NBCC, signed on behalf of NBCC.
Ravi Kumar Arora (IAS), Joint Secretary (Land & Estates); Sanjeet (IRAS), Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor (MoHUA); BK Sokhey, Director (Finance); KPM Swamy, Director (Commercial); Saleem Ahmed, Director (Projects); Pawan Kumar, Executive Director (Engg.) of NBCC along with other officials of the Ministry and NBCC were present at the MoU signing event.
The MoU sets the performance targets for the Company for the FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25 and provides the snapshot of the milestones to be achieved by the company in respect of Financial& Operational Performance Parameters.
