Ghaziabad: Signature Global is all set to come up with its maiden retail venture – Signature Global Mall, across Vaishali (NCR) with a total investment of Rs 100 Crores. This Delhi based realty major would be launching the project in sector 3 Vaishali, Ghaziabad, thus entering into Uttar Pradesh with an area of 1 lakh square ft. The mall has been launched on Friday, 27th July 2018 and is aiming its completion by end of next year. Designed with an exclusive theme based food court, fine dining gourmet delicious, vanilla stores, inclusive kids center for play & learning, fully furnished serviced suites & a plush banquet for celebration & corporate events by Clarks Premier, terrace full of lifestyle amenities and a swimming pool, the mall would be termed as the Specialty mall. The investment would comprise of land and construction cost which will be met by internal accruals.
The aim to enter successfully into the commercial segment and invite a huge footfall is driven by the great response the Signature Global Group has received by working cooperatively with PMAY towards affordable housing. ‘Housing for All 2022’ has already become the talk of the town since past years. After launching 9306 affordable units solely in Gurgaon and 348 units in Karnal, Signature Global aims to complete around 50000 affordable houses in Haryana by 2022. Where 9648 units under affordable housing are under construction, Signature Global commits to deliver 2804 units in 2018 – 2019. The company focuses on building 1 lakh affordable houses in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Maharashtra by 2022, out of which 25000 houses will be built only in UP. It also plans to expand in residential projects in Raj Nagar Extension this year.
Expressing his views on the same, Mr. Pradeep Aggarwal, Co-founder & Chairman, Signature Global and Chairman, National Council on Affordable Housing, ASSOCHAM says, “Location is the key to the successful investment, Signature Global Mall is opening at the very close vicinity to the residential areas of Vaishali and other parts of NCR. This one of its kind mall aiming to invite an annual footfall of one million and also plans to boost the entire Trans Hindon area – Indirapuram, Vaishali, Vasundhara, and Kaushambi.”
