Solitaire and Jairaj join hands for new project


Solitaire and Jairaj Developers have joined hands for Maha Trade Market, a new project in Pune, with global giant L35.
The project, said a press release, is designed to provide the traders of Pune an opportunity and infrastructure to have 100 pc focus on growing their business in the future. It is the solution to many problems that have been an obstacle to the growth of traders for decades, said the release.
The market offers easy access to every zone in a way that every floor becomes a ground floor. It can accommodate 6,000 vehicles, solving the age-old parking problem faced by the traditional wholesale markets, said the release further.
The construction of Maha Trade Market has completed its plinth level and is progressing with a rapid pace, added the release.
Jayant H Shah and Malav J. Shah from Jairaj Developers, said: “MTM focuses on various facilities such as safety, health, location, convenience and parking. We are trying to provide such facilities in one place, to make it convenient for the traders and the customers. It has been great working with Solitaire on this project.”
