TATA Housing’s Raagam-Phase 1 Plots Sold Out In Less Than 1 Week From Launch

Bengaluru, February 23, 2024: TATA Housing has exceeded expectations with the swift sell-out of Phase 1 in its flagship Project, Raagam, achieving a revenue of Rs 650+ Crores within 1 week of its launch, informs a press release issued by the company. A total of 576 plots comprising total area of 9 lakhs square feet are sold out.

Raagam is a plotted development Project launched within the township of Tata Carnatica in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru. The plotted development is spread across 84,000 square meters.
