Proptiger acquires tech solution provider OoBI
Online real estate advisor PropTiger.com has acquired Bangalore-based Out of Box Interaction (OoBI), a leading digital interaction design company that specialises in displaying real estate projects in an efficient and immersive way. The acquisition will help Proptiger.com to enhance customer experience online.
Dhruv Agarwala, co-founder and CEO of PropTiger.com., said, “The acquisition of OoBI is going to help us in offering our customers an excellent home search experience.’’ He added “OoBI will work as PropTiger’s design and innovation studio and offer products to delight, engage and inform home buyers.”
He said that “PropTiger.com will continue to look at more acquisitions that will help it enhance its content and technology and product offerings.”
OoBI, a young startup co-founded by IIT-Bombay alumni Atish Patel and Kumar Ahir, and mentored by Harpreet Singh Grover, co-founder of CoCubes.com offers interactive technology to showcase real estate projects which in the past have been displayed using conventional media. As part of its customer-centric innovations, OoBI has devised interactive solutions for a number of businesses ranging from real estate to retail.
