Deepak Kapoor is head of Credai Western UP
The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India, known as Credai, is the apex body for private real estate developers in the country. Credai Western UP is the association of nearly 50 leading real estate developers in Western UP.
Kapoor has been associated with Credai for several years and has been actively participating in seminars and meetings. As President of Credai Western UP, Kapoor aims at developing a good image of realtors in society. He identified the need to change perceptions of people for real estate industry.
Kapoor said, “The key task is to bring transparency and timelines for the work. Other things to improve upon are the labour welfare, customer relationship and support of real estate towards Clean India Mission. It is also important to make sure that developers fulfill their responsibilities towards society in a translucent and fair manner so that there is good understanding between developers and the customers”.
Kapoor has been the man behind the success of GulshanHomz. With an experience of over two decades in the real estate industry, he has acquired a keen business sense that provides the necessary impetus to the business activities of GulshanHomz.
