SARE sports-oriented project in Gurgaon
Olympia offers approximately 330 units of 3BHK and 3BHK + servants quarter apartments for Rs 77 lakh onwards with a minimum size of 1,295 sq. ft. With the subvention scheme, buyers need to pay only 10 per cent booking amount till possession.
According to a press release, the project has been designed keeping in mind the fact that the presence and availability of playing spaces and active sports for children works wonders for their health and also sharpens their minds and personalities. At Olympia, the array of facilities for sports and fitness enthusiasts includes football, basketball, badminton, volleyball and lawn tennis courts, half Olympic size-swimming pool, jogging and cycling tracks and two professionally prepared cricket pitches.
