Everest presents eco-friendly building solutions to architects
On the occasion, the company also introduced two of its latest wall cladding solutions – fiber cement wood planks and stone cladding. These IGBC and GRIHA-certified products come as an eco-friendly replacement to natural wood and stone, providing customers with the option of adopting European style of wall cladding solutions.
Participating in the discussion, Manish Sanghi, Managing Director, Everest Industries Ltd. said, “With the increasing pace of urbanisation and industrialisation, there has been a fast growing need for finding alternative products and solutions which bring in strength, speed and safety to a residential, commercial or industrial construction. Achieving environmental sustainability by adopting zero water construction methods and natural resource replacement products as building materials has been driving innovations globally. At Everest, we believe in providing such value added products and solutions to its customers.”
According to a company press release, Everest fiber cement wood planks have a brilliant wood like appearance and come with the strength of cement. They are available in different sizes and finishes. Everest stone cladding has the finish of stone and the enduring strength of cement. Being lighter than stone, these reduce load on the building and help generate considerable savings.
Speaking on the occasion, Atul Gupta, President of AANZA, said, “Members of AANZA, believe in using and promoting such eco-friendly and innovative products and solutions in construction.”
