IRB Infra emerges as preferred bidder for another project in TN
IRB Infrastructure Developers has emerged as the preferred bidder for the construction of six lanes of Pondavakkam to Kannigaipair stretch on the upcoming Chittoor-Thachur Highway in Tamil Nadu at a cost outlay of Rs 909 crore.
According to a press release, the project is part of the ambitious ‘Bharatmala Pariyojana’. This is the fourth hybrid annuity project for the company after two in Gujarat and one in Himachal Pradesh.
The concession, it said, will comprise 730 days for construction and 15 years operations & maintenance rights thereafter. Upon award of this project, the company’s order book will stand at Rs. 14,189 crore, added the release.
