Additional Secretary, MOHUA Takes Charge Of CMD, NBCC


New Delhi, April 08, 2019: Additional Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India, Shiv Das Meena assumed office as Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) of Navratna CPSE, NBCC (India) Ltd., with effect from April 5, 2019. After assuming the charge, Shri Meena visited the NBCC Corporate office along with Shri Durga Shanker Mishra, Secretary, MoHUA; Shri K. Sanjay Murty, Additional Secretary, MoHUA and other senior officials of the Ministry today, to attend the formal farewell function of Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal who laid down the office of CMD, NBCC on April 5, 2019.
Speaking at the farewell function, Durga Shanker Mishra dwelt at length about the Company’s remarkable performance during the tenure of Dr. Mittal and complimented the entire NBCC team for their dedication and efforts in bringing about a holistic change in the overall operations of the Company and its tremendous contributions to the Infrastructure Development of the country. Meena in his remarks also appreciated the entire NBCC team led by Dr. Mittal so far for their excellent performance enabling the organization to attain many milestones. He urged upon all to extend their support and continuously remain committed in their endeavour in bringing laurels for the Company. Rajendra Chaudhari, Director (Commercial), NBCC and Neelesh Shah, Director (Projects), NBCC also spoke on the occasion, expressing their commitment to ensure sustainable growth of the Company and carry forward the legacy during the years ahead. Dr. Mittal in his address recalled his experiences of working with the organization for 34 long years and thanked the colleagues in NBCC for their unwavering support and cooperation throughout his journey in the Company.
