Aparna Constructions Launches Two New Projects With An Investment Of Rs 2425 Cr 

Hyderabad, January 30, 2024: Aparna Constructions and Estates Private Limited, announced the launch of two gated community apartment projects in Hyderabad, Aparna Newlands and Aparna Sarovar Towers, with a combined investment of Rs. 2425 Crores. Located in the locales of Tellapur and Nallagandla, these projects collectively consist of more than 2500 apartments, offering individual unit sizes ranging from approximately 1475 sq. ft. to 3700 sq. ft, mentions a press release issued by the company.

Spanning over 14+ acres, Aparna Newlands comprises 42 floors, totaling 1976 units. It provides a selection of 2.5 BHK and 3 BHK apartments, with sizes ranging from 1475 sq. ft. for 2.5 BHK units to 1991 sq. ft. for 3 BHK units. 

Speaking about the new launch and the company’s plans for the future, Rakesh Reddy, Director, Aparna Constructions and Estates said, “Hyderabad has emerged as one of the most rapidly expanding cities in India, and the real estate sector across both residential and commercial segments has witnessed significant growth in recent times. Aparna Sarovar Towers, a 50-Floor High-rise, in Nallagandla, spans 5+ acres, with a total of 585 units distributed among three towers. The units are available in configurations of 2878 sq. ft. (3BHK + Maid Room) to 3700 sq. ft. (4 BHK + Maid Room).
