Building Business Summit 2019 opens on a High note


The First Tricity Summit by Sushma Group
Chandigarh, March 2019: Sushma Group the leading real estate developer of Tricity organised their first ever Building business summit 2019 for the channel partners at Tagore Theatre, Chandigarh. The summit focused on the enhancement of real estate sector with interactive sessions by the experts of real estate sector for the growth of channel partners.
With the aim of educating & empowering the channel partners the summit comprised of the Informative sessions by the experts. At this iconic event, attendees heard from prominent speakers and real estate experts including Mr. Ankur Dhawan, Chief Investment Officer, Proptiger, Mr. Sathish Rajendren, Chief Operating Officer (COO) – facilities and asset management services, Knight Frank (India) Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Prabhakar Sinha, Senior Journalist and Mr. Ranjit Sabikhi, a renowned architect known for his work since 1961.
In the Summit, key discussions were held around the market standards in metros and international markets, what is the way forward for Chandigarh and what organised commercial market has in store. The summit also focused on the ways of developing standards for efficient, effective, and ethical real estate business practices.
There were Q&A sessions also where the channel partners asked the specialists various important questions related to the problems faced by them. With their experience and insights about the real estate sector, the experts answered the questions in detail to help them overcome the difficulties and for the Tricity real estate market to evolve further.
While talking about the Building Business Summit, Mr. Prateek Mittal, Executive Director, Sushma Group said,” The real estate industry has given us a lot in the past years and as a gesture of gratitude we came up with this idea where we thought of giving back to the industry. With that thought in mind, we initiated a platform where we all could come together to share the knowledge and build the businesses further.
