Bhumika Group Plans to Add 8.5 Lakh sq ft Retail Area in NCR in 2024

May 6, 2024: Bhumika Group, real estate developer headquartered in Rajasthan, plans to add 8.5 lakh square feet of retail space in NCR by 2024. This includes company’s 5.5 lakh sq ft retail project in Faridabad and another 3 lakh sq ft under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model with various Govt Authorities including at NHPC Metro Station, which the company is developing.
The retail project in Faridabad has a 2-acre frontage along Mathura Road in the heart of the capital city.


Commenting on the significance of the expansion into Faridabad, Uddhav Poddar, Managing Director, Bhumika Group, stated, “We are bullish on NCR’s commercial potential and view Faridabad as a key realty growth corridor. We are excited to contribute to its evolution and provide unparalleled shopping experiences to residents and visitors alike. Our expansion plan seeks to capitalise on Faridabad’s potential.”
